Proposals
Every project starts with a written proposal setting out scope, timeline and fees. No price or date is final until the proposal is accepted.
Payment
Payment is split across project milestones as set out in the proposal — by bank transfer, or in cash through our team in Syria. Work on each milestone begins once its payment is confirmed.
Content
You are responsible for the accuracy of information and images you provide and for having the right to use them. Usage rights for final designs are set out in each project proposal.
Domains & hosting
Domain, hosting and renewal arrangements are set out in each project proposal.
Liability
We work hard to get results but cannot guarantee specific search rankings or sales figures, and are not liable for outages of third-party services.
